- Coworkers are friendly and culture is generally positive - Great for a starting job as a sys admin as there are a variety of different technologies available - Solid hours

Cons

- Leadership is overbearing & nepotistic, with little autonomy given to teams - Further, leadership is overly arrogant about their infrastructure, resulting in terrible infrastructure issues occurring for months without being able to resolve; this is flat-out unacceptable. - Penny pinching results in time overruns and lack of proper focus on key infrastructure issues, as well as bottle-necking needed purchases - Pay is below market rate, with a decrease in the quality of benefits - Remote work is not usually presented as an option

Advice to Management

Loosen the reins and trust your teams to do their job; if you want to scale, you're going to have to do this to survive. Provide certain departments proper budgets so they have the autonomy to make decisions on purchases. The company has good people but the business outlook is dubious at best due to gratuitous micromanagement. Steer clear.

Cons

Work becomes stale very quickly. Very little growth potential, no sense of satisfaction. Disconnect between management and processors. Expect to do tasks of technicians without additional compensation.

Advice to Management

Go through the processes so you understand what your employees are doing. Not being able to help or understand what issues we are facing is very frustrating.

Laid back work environment in a fairly high tech business. Everyday is a little different and if you are a self starter, the growth opportunities are immense and rewarding The owner and his family are very generous and care for us. We have the opportunity to work remote but I enjoy coming to the Fitchburg campus as it is clean and welcoming. Darn collection vans are quite impressive! Good benefits for a smaller company. (401K, medical and dental) Thanks to Ray and Tracie for the cookouts and other celebrations. I love the fact the company sponsors runner in the Derbee.

Cons

Would like to see more advancement opportunities and a progression plan for growing further in the organization. More emphasis on the performance indicators so we can better understand what makes the company successful and what we need to avoid to minimize failure. How do those indicators translate to my objectives? Management spends way too much time in meetings and I question the value of those meetings as very little is communicated downward.!

Advice to Management

Continue to communicate with all levels of employees. This makes everyone feel as if they are an integral cog in the Mandli.Com team. The Japanese call it 'management by walking around'. Get out of meetings and offices and talk to us.

Advice to Management

Get the training modules updated by a single person so that there is consistancy across the board and so that the training isn't so vague. This includes the written trainings that people are supposed to be going back to for help, because 7/10 times the training isn't complete enough to answer the question. And pay more, the company makes great money, and yes, DP is an intro level position, but you are not paying competitively for the area
