Pros

Positions are 100% work from home.

Cons

• Highly disorganized management • They do not provide training • Job descriptions are completely hyped - the actual reality of your job is tedious (a lot of grunt work) • Offering new/creative ideas is encouraged, but if you do, you're judged and ousted. (Very cliquey vibe). • Management does not provide feedback (either positive or negative). But if you've done something they don't like, things get very icey. • When you attend group calls (Run by Marie and the CEO) everyone just keeps quiet. The morale is noticeably low and depressed although people do make an effort to report on their work. Co-workers were nice, but the vibes were just low. Management tries to do this fake "rally" thing and give off the impression that they care but ... it's a total high school clique. I knew of Marie before I joined the company and had a good impression of her, but after working there and getting an inside look, my advice is run. You'll do better somewhere else.

Advice to Management

Provide training. Be honest in the job descriptions you post. Communicate with your employees about expectations. Don't gossip about anyone on the team behind their backs .. it's a bad look.

Pros

- Work from home- ALL the time. Always have. Always will. - 6 weeks of Paid Vacation, plus sick time, personal time, and bereavement time. Work-life balance is real here. - Correct pay for your position and experience plus 401K match, profit share, and Bonuses. - As a neurodivergent adult, I'm not only accepted but celebrated for who I am. You can show up as your full self. A lot of places say you can, but I've heard horror stories. Not here. From the CEO, to the VP, to the HR Manager- each one has been supportive and amazing with my disclosure. - The work and mission matters. What we do has an impact on people and you can be proud of what you do for your work. - You will be given opportunities to learn, grow, and stretch. Micromanagement isn't frequent. We aim to be supportive and lead with compassion, while also leaning into the skills and assets of our team members. - We are creative in who we hire. I was a mid-life career change when I joined the company and it has been an asset. We think creatively when we look at employment history.

Cons

- If you want to coast at work and 'hide', this isn't the place for you. We're a small company and we show up for our work. You can't hide here and that's not for everyone. - Self-motivated people do well here. Working from home with a creative team means you need to know how to get stuff done and have fun while you're doing it. If that's hard for you, it may not be a fit. - We move fast. We love new ideas and play around with them quickly and efficiently. That's not for everyone and we get that.
