Pros
Most colleagues were friendly and helpful. The offices are well maintained.
Cons
Known to be industry poor payers. Lead by a middle management team that have been stagnant in their roles for years, has a culture of brown-nosing media department head, overall very unhealthy environment to work in.
Advice to Management
When the CEO promises to help staff made redundant, ensure your middle management follows through, better still a quick email to those directly impacted would go a long way!

Pros
There are a few briefs that are worth the time. The scale of which they can execute is vast. Reilly is good, Pierre is amazing, Silver pushes good work through the layer sludge. If you hustle and work through the crap work, there are opportunities. Pay is usually pretty good. Decent work-life balance at the cost of good work.
Cons
People do not care about doing good work. They care about making the client happy ONLY. The culture is terrible and a lot of old thinking in the building. They hire talent based on what looks good to their clients.
Advice to Management
Cut the dead weight and work on the culture. Find people who want to hustle instead of people who already know everything.
