Pros
Most colleagues were friendly and helpful. The offices are well maintained.
Cons
Known to be industry poor payers. Lead by a middle management team that have been stagnant in their roles for years, has a culture of brown-nosing media department head, overall very unhealthy environment to work in.
Advice to Management
When the CEO promises to help staff made redundant, ensure your middle management follows through, better still a quick email to those directly impacted would go a long way!

Pros
Great to have on the CV as experience being part of a large network and working for an integrated proposition.
Cons
Very clicky and toxic environment, snr management are very silo'd and little opportunities for input from mid level management layer. Little opportunities for people to progress for BAME people and lack of representation at a senior level is concerning and highly disappointing with no scope of changing this any time soon. DE&I approach was a smoke screen to look at "doing" things but nothing was shown for this despite having a dedicated team. BAME people were a minority within the agency and full of middle class ignorant white people that didn't about bringing change. Depending on your Line Manager, most are self absorbed and interested in their own career path. There was lack of support of building out development plan to progress and left to your own devices with no duty of care and feeling silo'd especially over the pandemic.
