Does Method Test Prep offer tuition reimbursement?

Pros

In Depth On the Job Paid Training (20+ hours) Flexible Hours Valuable Paid Teaching Experience with Midsized Classes Helpful Colleagues and Secretaries Vast Tutoring Resources Will Pay for Required Materials Focused on Student Success Clear path to promotion (pay rate increases)

Cons

Customers often do not understand tutoring rates as the website is unclear how price is determined, it is based on experience with the company and the number of positive customer reviews plus a few other factors such as if you work as a full time teacher outside of Method, but most of this is unclear to the parents and students which often leads to confusion for parents, awkward interactions for tutors with parents, and customers deciding against using the company entirely resulting in missed employment opportunity.

Advice to Management

Standardize tutoring rates with clear indication to customers why tutors are kept at specific rates, ie. Tutors with x+ hours with our company are in the veteran section, Tutors with 5x+ hours and/or y number of positive reviews in the Premier Section, full time teachers with an NYS teaching license get an x$ bonus.... something so that the customer can understand why they are paying the price they were charged. It often feels like parents drop out of tutoring at higher rates because they do not understand the rates at all as the website is vague in descriptions, this especially occurs for subject (not SAT/ACT tutoring).
