Does Monster Worldwide offer tuition reimbursement?

Pros

flexible schedules, excellent benefits, generous holiday/pto, tuition reimbursement

Cons

management is toxic and its literally like being in high school all over again! higher-ups gossip all day, micromanage and push harder for results yet they receive all the perks and credit for our hard work. promotions and raises are a joke! you will get stuck in the same position/dept especially if you don't brown nose management or know someone in other depts that can help pull strings for you. also not a lot of diversity, hard to promote inclusivity if most of the workforce look/act the same.

Advice to Management

stop gossiping and do your jobs! Take an actual interest in your employees and recognize they have dreams and goals too. Do more to help them accomplish those goals and dreams to learn and grow within the company instead of keeping employees stagnant feeling unvalued and underpaid. Funny how top management gets paid VERY well but there's never enough in the budget for the rest of us! And start hiring people that don't fit the perfect cookie-cutter mold. Not everyone is well off with an ivy league degree. There's great talent out there if you look for it but you have to be willing to give people a chance!
