Pros

Truly a family-like atmosphere. Everyone cares about their job and works hard to see the organization succeed. Great starting benefits. Excellent work/life balance.

Cons

Little-to-no upward mobility. Promotions and raises are on the low-end. Pay is on the low end.

Advice to Management

Stay on top of the market and re-analyze salary bands to stay competitive. This is a high COL area and salaries should reflect local market.

Does Montecito Bank & Trust have any sort of mentoring program?

Pros

The management is very helpful and is always willing to chat. You're left with projects to complete a lot of the time there.

Cons

The internship program is not so well developed that management tries to find more projects for you to work on if you do end up finishing early.
