In my 6+ year experience with MHC, I've found that they trust and respect their dietitians' expertise. Despite MHC's company size and geographic spread, I've always felt heard and valued in this company. I especially like being able to email/call my clinical supervisors up the chain and receive timely, friendly responses. Flexibility in schedule and ability to work remotely occasionally has been a huge benefit to this FT working mother! I appreciate how my boss defers to my professional integrity to get the job done well without micromanaging my work. And MHC is generous in providing CEU and career advancement opportunities.

As with any larger company, there are more "hoops" to jump through for approving or communicating changes to procedures.
