How is the work/life balance at Morrison Healthcare?

Sometimes being part of a company this large you feel like your could get lost in one of the numbers

It's not easy to get continuing education paid for even though it is a benefit.

Management is there 25/8 but quite literally don’t do ANYTHING. They also don’t believe in having a good work life balance, and they coddle the employees there, make them supervisors and all when they virtually do nothing there as well.

People either stay for years or are gone in months. The finance team has a very top heavy and deep rooted structure. It will be hard for new comers to make any headway. Pay is mediocre at best and the business is very complex

No work life balance, long hours (supposed to be 50/week, more like 70). Upper management is shifty and dishonest, no room for improvement allowed.

Advice to Management

Watch the promotion of the inept and unethical. Location where I was is a snake pit.

Horrible management, no leadership or accountability whatsoever. No work life balance. Would not recommend anyone to work for this company at all.

Get rid of the sorry management at the top and it may get better.
