What is paid time off like at Morrison Healthcare?
Pros
Flexible scheduling, generous paid time off hours, opportunity to grow, work/life balance, supportive work environment
Cons
Not having ability to advance PTO if you have a major life event occur requiring FMLA at the beginning of the fiscal year due to the hours not having been "accrued".
Advice to Management
Be more lenient when it comes to accessing PTO while utilizing FMLA.

Does Morrison Healthcare offer dental insurance?
Pros
Great Benefits including paid time off, medical, dental etc. Great Opportunities to move up in the company, Free Training that would cost significant money on the outside (i.e. ServSafe, Leadership Training, Management Training, Culinary Training etc), Innovative leading company with a focus on latest trends in food service. Opportunities to travel.
Cons
Nothing that I can think of.
Great Benefits including paid time off, medical, dental etc.

Does Morrison Healthcare offer family leave?
Pros
Well-established international organization Clinical Ladder to advance in career Benefits (although mediocre in my opinion)
Cons
Mediocre maternal leave. 6 weeks paid leave at 75% of salary. If you want to take more, it's unpaid unless you use PTO. I wish my department was hired directly under UVA Health, because they receive excellent benefits with 8 weeks of 100% paid maternity leave.
