The benefits are great, the pay is great, you get to meet alot of people from around the united states, the travel opportunities are outstanding, you get every major holiday off.

Since it is construction and outside working days are weather permitted

Good people, creative problem-solving at the corporate level, attractive benefits, high experience field personnel, tightly run projects.
Cons
Occasional gaps between corporate goals and feasibility on-site. This 'con' is more for construction as an industry in general- could definitely be more adaptable and nimble with the ever-changing nature of things.
