What are perks and other benefits like at Moser Consulting?

Pros

Management is great, the benefits are far beyond 'competitive'. Excellent transparency. Everyone I've worked with at Moser has been professional, smart, and drama doesn't exist.

Cons

I can't think of anything.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. Employees are happy working here, and there's no place in Indy like Moser.

Does Moser Consulting offer housing assistance?

Pros

Where to start... Flexibility, assistance, training, free lunches, snacks and drinks always provided, comfortable work spaces, automatic FREE benefits like dental and vision plans, cell phone stipend, fitness/health fees/gear reimbursement. Lot's of people who want to help you grow. The owner started at the bottom as a consultant. He knows what it takes to put in the work.

Cons

None ... really ... I mean... I'll take more pay but that's all I could ask for. The rest is already there

Advice to Management

I am really humbled to be part of the family at Moser. When Covid-19 caused us to all work from home, the client I was supposed to start off helping with didn't need me to get started for a while. Instead of putting me on the "bench" you kept me doing stuff and learning even though I wasn't billable. Most places wouldn't have done that. I commend you on what you've put into your company, your people, your team, your family and what you do for the public as well. Keep up what you are doing. It's really good to be a part of a team and family that is excited to help others, not just turn a buck.
