Long hours, high turnover rate, and safety given the job you have.

Advice to Management

Professional dept sometimes needs a family feel. Employees should always feel and be safe at place of employment. Including safety in shift hours.

I worked with a great team on some challenging projects. Lots of opportunity to learn and expand skills. Great benefits.

Cons

Pay is terrible, stagnant. All new employees were brought in at lowest end of salary range regardless of education/experience. Very little room for advancement.

Advice to Management

Pay employees their worth.
