Pros

-surrounded by top industry talent -room for growth and career advancement -knowing that you are contributing to some of the best franchises in the industry

Cons

-onboarding could be better, felt like you are thrown into the fire and expected to just produce top quality work -everyone around you is very passionate, which can lead to overworking without being told to. Especially working from home.

Keep trying to combat overwork/crunch. Work life balance is getting better but could be better.
