How are senior leaders perceived at Nest Fragrances?

Pros

Was able to get exposure across many different departments. Worked directly with marketing director, and CEO was extremely hands on. Great work culture

Cons

Wasn't able to offer me full time employment at the end of summer because of the smaller size but other than that I have nothing bad to say. My experience at NEST was unbelievable

What are some insights into the strategy or vision at Nest Fragrances?

Pros

-Free product -Brand has potential -Frequent town halls for company updates

Cons

-Lack of organization within the leadership team (they're also all white) -Very traditional and outdated culture and work practices -Unrealistic expectations and no clear strategy -Limited growth opportunities and salary isn't competitive

Advice to Management

Invest and listen to your employees. Ditch the favoritism. Recognize that some employees/teams have larger workloads and budget for headcount.
