Pros
-was a good company prior to P&G (had ethics and previous owners cared and were good people. P&G drove the owners out of the company) -Products were top of the line prior to P&G. Since acquiring the company begun changing their products
Cons
-treats employees like numbers -products are constantly out of stock but the company doesn't make adjustments in your sales goals. This is done purposefully so that your bonus is unreachable. This also upsets stores and affects your overall business and job. -American company so they don't abide by Canadian employment laws and you can't do anything about it. -expect you to work 12 hour days -might double your territory size without notice or increasing pay - most employees end up leaving or on mental health leave because the company is so awful -accepts misogynistic, racist and sexist behaviors by superiors - american superiors talk politics with Canadian stores in meetings boasting about how wonderful Trump is... -Proctor and Gamble owns this company -watched my superior steal products from local stores - lack of career advancement since most roles are in US -almost everyone in upper management that had ethics and morals left the company once P&G started changing things - lost all company spirit and moralities and personality- it was very sad to see
Advice to Management
Proctor and Gamble just drove a 35+ year old company down the drain. Previous owners were wonderful people and the company changed. Very very sad.
