How is the office food at Northwell Health?

Pros

The food is great. That is about right.

Cons

Very short staffed. They only hire temp workers to avoid giving benefits to new employees.

Advice to Management

Treat your long time employees with a little more respect. After 30 years of employment employees are forced out on trumped up disciplinary actions. Then after being loyal to the company they are thrown out with a box in tow and sent home in a cab. Follow the collective bargaining agreement you have with the union. Hire experienced supervisors not 26 year olds that no nothing about the job. Treat your long time workers better.

The food is great.
