What is health insurance like at Northwest Express?

On your own all day. you get health insurance. Friendly coworkers.
Cons
Some days are very overwhelming. First they started cutting hours. Then they changed the pay from hourly to per-stop. The per - stop pay is how they screw you out of getting over time. We used to get time and a half. They now could pay you a minimum of 22 dollars instead of time and a half.
Advice to Management
Pay your workers overtime.

Pay, benefits, they don't seem to exploit you.
Cons
No job security. Permanent position means nothing to them.
Advice to Management
If you are not going to keep an employee after the holidays, then please don't hire them as permanent. Hire them as a temporary or seasonal with the possibility of a permanent position.
