What are co-workers like at Nucleus Healthcare?

Pros

There were some very nice people working with me on a day to day basis. Being able to do this job fully remote was great.

Cons

Upper level management rarely listened to us when we alerted them to issues and when the issues became real problems they soved them with top down solutions that rarely were successful at addressing the underlying issue. My position and my team felt that we were highly expendable and at the end of the day, it turns out we were right.
