What are co-workers like at Oranum?

Make your own hours. Help others. Share your thoughts and experiences with like minded people. Work doing something you truly love and enjoy.

Big brother is always watching. You think you're having confidential one-on-one consultations with your clients, but they're always listening in to make sure you don't try to steal people away from the site. They also have very dark/competitive people who will purposely set out to try and make you fail, so as to thin out their own competition. I could always sense the I'll will and bad intentions of these people. It made for a horrible work dynamic.

Advice to Management

You people have a beautiful platform where lightworkers can share their talents, but you ruin it with your practices. if I am a hairdresser and rent a chair in your salon, that does not entitle you to tell me how to cut my clients hair. It's simply entitles you to collect my monthly rent for occupying your space. My clients come to me for Healing and Council. You should not be eavesdropping on my conversations to make sure I'm not trying to steal them from your site. Instead, you should respect their confidentiality and treat the people who are renting space in your shop with more respect..
