Management at each location seems to change fairly regularly Everyone is still learning because of the fact that Outdoor Supply Hardware is a fairly new company.

Encourage your associates to want to learn about and move up in the company so that they help to grow the business and ultimately make the company more money rather than letting them stay stagnant in their current positions.

Highly experienced people that live to share their knowledge with you. If you are capable and work hard, there are advancement opportunities

Cons

Company struggled to recover from technical debt and outdated infrastructure resulting from being owned by multiple larger companies that put in minimal investment. This lead to outdated tech and crumbling stores, which stunted growth potential as new investors couldn’t realize as much ROI as they needed to keep the company viable, in their eyes.
