Management at each location seems to change fairly regularly Everyone is still learning because of the fact that Outdoor Supply Hardware is a fairly new company.

Pros
They paid slightly above minimum wage.
Cons
There’s something about the work environment that just gives the vibes of “get out” by Jordan peele. I am a POC and everyday I felt the micro aggressions and subtle racism. Higher ups are even more old fashion, I’ve witnessed yelling and racist name calling. There was also constant bullying of an employee that is mentally disabled. If you want a little taste of what it would’ve been like working in the 1900’s in the south then by all means apply to work at OSH.
Advice to Management
Look for another job because OSH ain’t gonna be here for long
