Pros
Good benefit package with lots of paid time off. 8 hrs x mo vacation & 8 hrs x mo sick time, plus all the paid holidays & 4 personal days. Yes! 28 days paid per year plus holidays!
Cons
Politics! Inequalities! Nepotism & cronyism. To advance in this agency you must either know someone in leadership or be willing to be a quiet observer. Leadership is not representative of the staff. Disproportionately white male dominated!
