Good benefit package with lots of paid time off. 8 hrs x mo vacation & 8 hrs x mo sick time, plus all the paid holidays & 4 personal days. Yes! 28 days paid per year plus holidays!

Cons

Politics! Inequalities! Nepotism & cronyism. To advance in this agency you must either know someone in leadership or be willing to be a quiet observer. Leadership is not representative of the staff. Disproportionately white male dominated!

Advice to Management

Practice what you preach! You need diversity and cultural sensitivity.

Benefits and time off are pretty good. People in my branches were good to work with.

The institution does not reach outside for research and methods of how to change or improve their policies or rules. They simply recycle old, internal ideas over and over again.
