Salary for cable installers is very low Management does not care about cable installers NO opportunity for promotion, NO organized training program for staff If you apply for a promotion, if you are employed by the company, they don't even consider you.

Advice to Management

Listen to and talk frankly with your cable installers and foreman. Management of installation staff does not care about the people actually doing the work. It appears that management only cares about certain people There are foremen and project managers who are not doing their jobs. There are foremen and project managers who treat the cable installers very poorly, and nothing is ever done about it. Increase the pay of cable installers Develop a clear training program and implement it. Create a path for cable installers to grow and get promoted. CEO should create opportunities to speak with all staff. Create teams that regularly work together as opposed to just sending people out randomly. Focus on doing the job right the first time, not getting it done fast. Doing it right the first time is usually the quicker way of completing the job.
