Pros

Dynamic ever changing work-type. Always keeps you on your toes/interested. Close interaction with other teams and employees across the company. Young and old and loud and quiet - no one fixed type of employee. Active and energetic office with easy to use in house systems to get your job done stress free. Beautiful outside location to take a break/have lunch. Nice view out the window! Many other companies and other employees on the business park site.

Cons

Parking is sometimes busy and overflow carpark frustratingly close but just a little bit further than normal allocation. Mobile food-stalls often set-up as restaurant in business park centre can be busy (healthy, good food). As with anywhere traffic at rush hour can be busy - best leave 20 mins later.

Advice to Management

Definitely a good Employer.

Pros

Locally based nationwide company. Investing in local economy. Superb work based pension scheme. Atmosphere within the offices and company are friendly and employees have a great togetherness. Generally promote from within which gives a clear pathway for employees wishing to progress. I have been with Pacifica for 9 years through various roles. Starting at entrance level and now being employed at a senior manager level. It is unique that a company of this size you have direct access to directors whom make every effort to know staff throughout the company irrespective of their level. The office environment is beautiful and they in the summer it’s lovely sitting outside during lunch and breaks.

Cons

Training could be better and that is something that the company are investing heavily in as part of a continuous improvement plan in all areas.

Pros

Since starting with the company, there has always been a fast paced feel to the office, It is a great place for those that like to feel pro-active & like they are making a difference! - I have been fortunate enough to grow alongside the company & see it grow from strength to strength, I have been given so many opportunities to expand my skill set, knowledge & managerial skills due to this, Overall the people are caring, considerate & I really couldn't ask for much more from a work place. - You always feel valued!

Cons

Struggling to think of any! - I would be trying too hard!
