What are perks and other benefits like at PandaDoc?

Pros

1. The work/life balance of this company is top notch - can work from home and come and go as needed. Just be cognizant of the time you need to set aside to get your work done as you would with any other company. 2. Culture and atmosphere in the office is something I haven't seen before - excellent teamwork and open floor concept in the office. You can work from the couch, from your desk, or work at someone else's desk and no one bats an eye and coworkers know how to have a good time but also how to work hard 3. Excellent perks, such as additional PTO than most companies, great insurance benefits, 3 meals provided per week in the office and dogs in the office! 4. People in various departments will set aside time to help you succeed. Opening up your professional demeanor will open doors for you with coworkers you don't work with on a regular basis. 5. Autonomy to succeed on your terms and can always reach out to others for help if needed

Cons

1. Startups are a different breed in that there is not as much structure and many growing pains. If you have the tendency to be a self starter and willingness to learn new processes, you will enjoy PandaDoc.

Advice to Management

Continue to keep that open door policy with your employees and the organization will continue to see exponential success - collective employee happiness means more meaningful productivity and better results. Trust goes a long way.

Does PandaDoc offer unlimited time off?

Pros

Lots of growth, the team is growing because goals are constantly being exceeded. Work hard play hard culture. Every team member is open to helping out others, no matter what position they're in. The company cares a lot about building career paths for others and promoting from within. They also provide flexibility in hours, time off, etc. I love that everyone is passionate about their work and doing more.

Cons

Fast growth causes a lot of friction. Good talent is constantly being pulled from entry-level roles to move onto other parts of the org. Ideally, this is great but sometimes folks are not ready and teams suffer. Managers constantly have to hire and train leaving little bandwidth for coaching current talent. The Ops team is constantly busy and in different offices which makes it difficult for them to fix issues for teams quickly.

Advice to Management

Even though promoting from within is great, consider hiring qualified candidates for open roles if there's a huge need instead of pulling from other teams constantly. Allow employees to work towards a position instead of quickly promoting due to business need.

They also provide flexibility in hours, time off, etc.
