What is paid time off like at Pasadena City College?
Pros
Decent pay commiserate to job duties, (mostly) traditional workweek schedule, reasonable accommodation for requested time off, valuable entry level experience in the educational career field.
Cons
The Professional Expert position is limited to 900 work-hours per fiscal year. There are no vacation, medical or dental/vision benefits. Work environment can be very bureaucratic/tribal depending on the division or department.
