Does Penske Truck Leasing have a pension plan?

Pros

Great pay and benefits and also a company funded pension. Standard 40 hour workweek but available overtime occasionally. Work on mostly newer equipment (5 years old or less) Entry level techs are provided with tools (this can be a negative depending on who you have to share your tools with)

Cons

Entry level technicians are pretty much limited to doing only Preventative Maintenance Inspections with very limited opportunities to perform repairs to gain experience making it harder to advance their skills. Company is extremely focused on metrics/data so micromanagement can be a big issue depending on the supervisor.

Advice to Management

Need better strategies to develop and retain entry level technicians.

Great pay and benefits and also a company funded pension.
