Does People.ai offer unlimited time off?

Pros

Superb funding, hypergrowth, great culture, amazingly talented and kind coworkers, approachable and engaged leadership, unlimited PTO, good healthcare options, excellent compensation

Cons

Startup life isn't for everyone, things change quickly, in some cases you will be building the plane while flying it. If you're looking for hours strictly from 9-5, you won't find that here due to the geographically diverse employee and customer base (global).

What is the retirement plan like at People.ai?

Pros

Leading technology for existing offerings, with so much potential for where it can go. Strong, steady leadership, and engaged employees throughout even as a largely remote-work company. Looking forward to meeting co-workers in person. Good opportunity to make real impact and establish ways of doing things that will grow with the company.

Cons

Not always clear on who owns what. Resources can be scattered or don't exist, which comes with a startup just starting to establish standards as it grows. Benefits are fine, but not as generous as they think. No 401k matching.

Advice to Management

Improve opportunities to connect with co-workers casually, and increase guidance during onboarding on company structure and norms.
