How are senior leaders perceived at PerimeterX?
Pros
-Great leadership in the Miami office. -Best bot solution on market and company has good strategy to expand its cyber security portfolio -Culture is amazing. Yes, it's sales but people within the office are not trying to backstab you. Coworkers are always helping each other out. You really become close friends with the people you work with it's a very diverse group of individuals. I think it's also important to note this is business and you can't get complacent. Every company has to make hard decisions to let people go and those individuals sometimes try and play victim because they confused the great culture with thinking their jobs are safe, when they could have been working harder and bringing more revenue to the company. -Our CEO is awesome, humble, approachable (via slack), kind, and helpful -Solid base pay + good benefits, free lunches everyday, happy hours
Cons
-Growing pains that come with joining a startup that's becoming more corporate -Holiday time off should be clearly stated weeks, if not months prior. -Work/life balance can be difficult, but I'm not really sure if this is a con. It's sales. If you want to be successful and have a bright future, it requires you to work outside of business hours. -Close rate is pretty low and sales cycle highly varies, so it can very difficult to finally get a contract signed, but this comes with the territory. It's a hyper competitive industry. Buying process can have numerous roadblocks. I truly think management is trying to fix these issues so the business can be more successful and reps can make more commissions
Advice to Management
Keep adding fuel to the rocket ship! Create strategies to expand geographically so we can sell globally and open up new markets.

What is the company culture at PerimeterX?
Pros
The company is growing well, has a bright future, and uses relatively new tech. The atmosphere is also great with a flat management stack and the other employees are great people.
Cons
Main downside is that the company overall takes its employees for granted. They do offer the minimum obvious stuff to stay competitive, but nothing more. After leaving and starting work at a company that cares for its workers I can see the huge gap. Here they care about my family-work balance, my overall well being and so on. They offer days to recharge and a stipend for fitness. There's also small tokens of gratitude along the way and its nice to feel appreciated. Lastly, when people get higher offers, PX won't lift a finger to stay competitive, so don't expect anything beyond your salary.
Advice to Management
There's a reason your employees stay for 1.5 years on average. even though they like working at the company. The competition is strong, and you need to show appreciation to your employees. And if they get a more competitive salary, you need to be able to counteroffer, not offer 2% increase, that's shameful.
The atmosphere is also great with a flat management stack and the other employees are great people.
