Pros

Atmosphere, the transparency of the company's growth and opportunities, there is plenty of feedback from managers and directors. I love the parties we throw and the feeling of working for myself to work for the team.

Cons

Insurance is really high apparently that's changing soon. No free soft drinks or snacks.

I love the parties we throw and the feeling of working for myself to work for the team.
