Pros

Good bonus structure, nice office staff

Cons

Poor management, commission focused with nexxstar, high hourly billing rate of 400/hr

Advice to Management

Don’t tell someone they are fine to do something for one week, and then fire them 2 days later for it because you changed your mind. Don’t listen to other people and meet with them face to face. Make sure your plumbers are doing quality work, and not skipping out on things they are supposed to be doing.
