So much room for growth, such a positive and forward-thinking team, primarily run by woman and a gay executive editor who are dedicated to retaining the best of a legacy brand while revitalizing it for our modern, diverse climate that demands fair and equal representation across the board. Playboy takes care of its creatives, financially and otherwise, which is unfortunately rare in the publishing industry. They are transparent about their rebranding and remain teachable, which will only inspire more growth. They are open to new ideas and contributors so long as it meets their editorial standard, and if they see value in you, the will give you as many opportunities as they can to contribute that value, and be compensated for it.

Cons

As a freelancer, it sometimes takes a while to hear back from more senior editorial staff, which can be frustrating at times. That said, it's a team with a vast workload. They could also have more involvement and quality control with their licensee companies, such as the Playboy Club NYC. But all of this is said with the understanding that much of it is growing pains of important and necessary growth.

Try a more hands-off approach in regard to the editorial team, becausse they know what they're doing
