Careful trusting this organization. They recruit solid people without an ability to support the job or finance the projects. Found leadership to be lacking, environment to be non-collaborative. Set to fail rather than succeed. Hidden issues not exposed when accepting the position.

Advice to Management

Owners should hire an outside consultant who knows the industry to expose and correct immature, unresponsive, unprofessional management. Financial issues are outrageous.

Everyone treats the job as a team effort. They are willing to help each other out and the company management is engaged and show they care
