Establish a plan for not only 6 months but 3 to 5 year plan

Good manufacturers. Good learning positions. alot to learn from, the people that have been in the industry for their whole career. Very knowledgeable back of the house.

Management! High Management and owners are not from the industry or care about the business. Making really bad decisions for really bad reasons. Letting go a good amount of talent and people how cared about their career. For the bottom line

Advice to Management

Admit that you are so wrong . And have some humility. You had/have alot talent that are worried and or upset for what is going on for the last three years. Seems like the vultures where unleashed
