Pros

Good hours. Good hourly employees to work with.

Cons

Bad Senior Management, tons of backstabbing and he said she said. Senior Management will not except their own mistakes but instead blames it on everyone and everything else. They believe that they are never at fault.

Advice to Management

Get rid of the old regime And bring in some fresh open minds to take their place. The old regime will continue to drag everybody down. Talk to the plant employees and listen to them.
