What are perks and other benefits like at Progressive Surface?

Pros

Better than average benefits if you can afford to max out the company matches. They are not intended for the workers, just the engineers. They will notice your contributions and give minimal raises. The labor budget is for management bonuses and a few of their pets acting as their agents, only.

Cons

Turnover rate of over 100% is for a reason. No one is happy there. Even the suck-ups are miserable, but couldn't make it anywhere else, so they stay. Good for a very short term while you find a better job asap. Almost every place else pays higher. Mandatory OT all summer, hours cut the rest of the year. If it is a month with 5 paydays your hours are cut, This is one of THOSE companies. I have never seen so many temps refuse to be hired as permanent. They are a contract manufacturer. The business is highly incompetent and you never know how many hours you will be working. You earn more at a store like Walmart with much less drama, harassment, and a better caliber of coworkers.

Advice to Management

Hope you never find yourselves having to work elsewhere. You would not last a month in the real world.
