No micromanaging, random wellness PTO days, great pay and leadership that actually knows what they're doing.
Cons
No different than any other public company, don't be in the bottom 10% of performers.

Does Proofpoint assist with or provide childcare?

Company was amazing. Great benefits and took care of their employees.
Cons
The order entry team in Utah was dead, silent, boring, and not well lead.
Advice to Management
Move the managers farther away from the team if they need to be on phone conferences all day!
