What are perks and other benefits like at Proxet?

Pros

It's both the freedom and growth of working at Proxet. I have the freedom to try out different ideas without being micromanaged, and I am able to explore different concepts in the process and grow along the way. The company also provides plenty of support to its employees. Working from Ukraine, the management made sure everyone was okay and taken care of when the war happened, and it is heartwarming that they continue to support Ukraine. The financial compensation is also competitive, and I can enjoy the work-life balance and explore different hobbies (the company also provides many sports benefits, which is a great plus).
