What is the feeling of job security at PulsePoint?

Pros

Executive team is very down to earth and available to talk to/ask questions. You can truly have a big impact, and everyone is very friendly and open. True start-up vibe despite being a well-established company. Important mission. Good culture, fun without being overbearing.

Cons

Salaries are competitive but in the middle end of the industry. Depending on role, can be difficult to move up quickly. If the hire is not a strong fit they will not hesitate to let someone go.

Advice to Management

Increase salary/upward mobility. More direct career trajectory.
