What are sales commissions like at PulsePoint?
Pros
The company is ver collaborative, they want everyone to win / excel. The onboarding process is well thought out. They make you feel welcome. Benefits are great. Company is heading in a great direction. Fast-paced place to learn and grow. Leadership takes the time to let everyone in the company know whats going on.
Cons
There is a complicated commission structure at this time. You still earn, but it's hard to figure it out each quarter
