Pros

Everyone I've met and worked with is super nice and supporting. They really care about their employees and they want to make sure that everyone is enjoying their job so that they can be the best version of themselves.

Cons

I came from a small company that had much more modern benefits than QSC (unlimited PTO, 100% paid for PPO healthcare, full 401k match, etc.). QSC is becoming a software company, but the benefits don't match that of a modern software company.

Advice to Management

I would recommend modernizing the benefits, i.e. offering a set amount of PTO or doing unlimited PTO (which a lot of companies are doing). It can be really overwhelming to start at a company with no PTO.

Pros

The people are great, and the overall atmosphere is amazing.

Cons

They've really #@&$% some people over in the past year, and those decisions came from the top of the company. They have forced out many talented veterans in morally-dubious ways, leaving the long-term future of the company in doubt. This used to be a company that you can work a lifetime at. Now it's a company that you put in 2-4 years at, get everything you can out of it, then move on to a better job in your career path.

Advice to Management

Time to have a "come to Jesus" moment and realize how you're destroying everything good about QSC.
