What is working from home like at QSC?
Pros
I wanted two things from a new position: 1) working on SBC platforms with embedded Linux and 2) work from home as much as possible. The first is exactly what I got with the team I joined - lots of interesting hardware and low level work (I'm not into GUIs or the web). The second I got accidentally thanks to Covid. But QSC has rolled with the changes and now working from home is being embraced quite strongly. I couldn't be happier.
Cons
I can't think of anything yet.
Advice to Management
Keep up the engagement with your people - it's been well received and appreciated!
