Received very good job offer after very positive interview Signed it and was preparing for relocation from the US
Cons
Offer was withdrawn after months of radio silence by HR "due to COVID" Management and the dean and chair who interviewed me never reached back to let me know what is happening or apologize for this last minute change Spent over 3000 dollars on very particular and peculiar requirements to get the offer Reimbursement declined I ended up working for a top tier international university, so all ended up well, but do not recommend this company

Follow-up with your potential hires Do not confirm that you will reimburse their expenses for meeting your very difficult requirements, unless you will Train your HR in professional courtesy and niceness and to elevate more sticky issues to their management
