Really flexible hours and decent pay if you have the certification! Management team is super responsive, and the one time there was an issue with my pay getting through they were quick and accommodating to correct it. Served me well during lockdown

If you live in north america it can be hard to put together a full schedule without severely impacting your sleep. Waking up at 4am every day takes its toll! Still, not their fault that there's a time difference.

Easy once you get the hang of it, management is always there when you need them, the teaching platform is easy to navigate and fun for the children.

They did not give me a raise after I asked (was there for 2 years, still no raise). Teaching content is American-based, I'm Canadian and didn't know some of the content (advice to new teachers - thoroughly review the lesson in advance so that you are able to elaborate the details). Always errors within the platform: grammar and structure errors; technology glitches.

Advice to Management

I would suggest hiring a native English speaker, content developer to manage the accuracy of the platform contents. Teachers that are dedicated, reliable, and continue to remain enthusiastic after long-term employment with the company SHOULD receive incentive, rewarded, complemented, acknowledged for their commitment and dedication (a raise in salary would be appropriate).
