Pros
I've never worked for or with a better company. It's really hard to condense all of the pros into words... -The leadership team actively supports and promotes the growth of each individual. -A lot of companies will prevent you from pursuing passions outside of work in fear that they will get in the way of your day-to-day career, but Quarry View encourages the pursuit of passions. -We are all encouraged to be the best that we can be for however long we are part of the Quarry View team. -It's easy to see your input and hard work pay off & leadership recognizes it too! -The team knows when it's time to laugh & bond and when to buckle down and get to work to meet tight deadlines. -We have all been out on site & contributed to projects in a "hands-on" way. -Our President & VP of Sales & Chief Production Officer started off as carpenters and worked their way into the roles they are today. They've worn many hats and put in the hours and truly know the trade inside and out. -I'm an introvert, but I LOVE every opportunity we get to connect with the whole team. I'm not just saying this, I have sung Quarry View's praises so much outside of work that I've recruited a family member & other family members have referred us to their connections as well... It truly is greener grass here!
Cons
I don't think I'll ever find another workplace quite so good. Quarry View has set the standard so high that I'm going to have major issues if I ever try to find a better workplace... so I guess I'll have to work here until I retire in a few decades.
Advice to Management
As we grow, please continue to be authentic and care for each individual as you have been!
