What is paid time off like at RE/MAX?
Pros
Great culture, great benefits and pto program, very respectful and accountable coworkers and management.
Cons
Horrible pay. They don’t pay well at all. Raises and bonuses are bare bare minimum. My advice would be to ask for a lot when you come in because raises after that are hard to come by.

Does RE/MAX offer family leave?

Nothing period for the Remax Allegiance
Cons
it was not a good place. Leadership was a mess, so many people leaving, no good benefits and no training. I don’t recommend it I worked for Remax allegiance as a staff. I can’t believe this company is actually able to work this way. AVOID REMAX ALLEGIANCE

Stop being greedy and provide assistance to the junior team
