What is paid time off like at RGP?

Pros

RGP has a great reputation as a great place to work, and rightfully so. It is a consulting firm with full benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holiday pay, and ESOP.

Cons

There are few cons and they are minor. Medical insurance isn’t the greatest. Also, if you are the only person out at a client’s, there isn’t as much engagement from RGP’s office.

Advice to Management
