Pros

The manager was excellent and helped employees maintain a work/ life balance They hire people without medical experience which helps you get your foot in the door with other clinics.

Cons

The compensation for the stress of this job and the expectations was a pat on the back. The pay rate had increased since I left however it still is not competitive for the market. High turnover rate for employees and administration lets the patients disrespect staff.

Advice to Management

Support your staff when patients mistreat them and compensate them accordingly
